I’m new here and older also . Been running saws since I was a child living at home. Just thought I would enjoy a site where I can just hang out and have a lil fun . Oh yeah I still cut wood for heat just not quite as fast as I once was ! I have all makes of saws from older homelites (xl s) and 12 “ limb saw . To husky’s 55ranchers stihls 021 my small one I don’t even know what size my biggest stihl is lol!! But most of them still running just can’t pump oil on them old homelites anymore. Fingers stove up on me ! I’m not a complainer don’t do any good to do that I learned ! Best keep your nose level with the world and stay in your own woods if you know what I mean !!! Nice meeting everyone and looking forward to hearing your stories !!! Thanks . Later !!

Hey there! It seems like you’ve been working with saws for ages, your expertise is truly valued here.

Welcome to the crew! There’s something special about cutting wood for heat a tradition that never really fades even if we do slow down a little.

I can’t wait to hear your tales about those Homelites, Huskys, and Stihls what a solid collection you’ve got!
