Been a saw guy for about 20 years now. Older, rarer, and definitely louder the better I reckon. Just recently acquired a very rare Lombard Super AL-51. I've literally done nothing but search for any at all info online and have gotten only a couple of facts about it. Like it's a 83.5 cc saw built by American Lincoln. In the 60's. I've been having a heck of a time tuning this one though. I've been able to hear her sing the high note but as far as low or idle it just keeps wanting to die on me. I've been thru the carb about a dozen times and all looks good. Oh and the chain on this butter knife shaped bar, my chain sharpener can't even get between the rakers enough to grind. Never used one like this before. It has a 370 on the drive links. Other than this I like the old macs, Remington, poulan, Orion, etc etc. Have to take some new pics apparently the server thinks the ones I have are to big or something. Anyways look forward to reading everyone's post and am happy to help if and when I can so. Ttyl guys and gals. Bye now
