Homelite chainsaw carburetor part missing

I recently bought a Homelite UT 10656, Serial Num: HK3130024. It came disassembled. When I went to put it together again, I found that a part of the carburetor was missing. It was the cover over the fuel pump. The carburetor is a Walbro HDA 60. I can't find a replacement.

Does anyone know where I can find a replacement cover? I couldn't find a replacement carburetor either. If I can't find a fuel pump cover for the carburetor, perhaps I could find another carburetor that will work well on the chainsaw.

The chainsaw is almost new, very fine condition. I'd hate to give up on it.

Any ideas?

That's an old carb and I'm not quite sure if you'll find the cover, at least new. You could reach out Walbro and see if the have something, or if a cover from a newer model fits. If that doesn't work, you might want to find someone to fabricate the piece.

Trying to find just the cover for an HDA60 is like looking for a needle in a haystack
If you're struggling to find an OEM replacement carb, your best bet might be an aftermarket 'replacement carburetor' on Amazon or eBay that's listed for your Homelite UT10656 (or similar Homelite models that used that HDA60)
They're usually cheap (like $20-$40) and while not Walbro brand, they often work perfectly fine and will have all the parts you need. It might save you a huge headache compared to chasing a single piece

Have you tried checking with eReplacementParts.com, SLE Equipment, or even some smaller specialized chainsaw parts vendors online?
You could also search for rebuild kits for the Walbro HDA 60 as those often include the diaphragms and gaskets for the fuel pump cover.

Check AliExpress.com. I've bought numerous parts there (piston and barrel assy, carburetors, trimmer heads) and have never been disappointed.
