My new husqvarna 135 keeps dying

I usually run Stihl, but I grabbed a brand new husqvarna 135 mark ii because I needed a saw ASAP. It starts up easy, but then it keeps stopping intermittently right in the middle of a cut! It fires right back up, but it's super annoying. Is this just a classic carburetor adjustment issue on a new saw, or is there something else I should be checking first? Any quick tips would be awesome!

I had that happen when I was doing quick jobs around the yard. It kept dying while I was cutting, but I remember making a small adjustment to the carb and letting it run for a bit fixed most of it.

I usually use Stihl, but last summer, I got a Husqvarna 135 Mark II to clear brush at my cabin. It started up without problems but would stall during cuts, just like yours. It turned out it just needed a tiny carb adjustment and a little run-time to smooth things out. After that, and keeping the air filter clean, it's been way more reliable. You might want to check those things first before worrying about anything bigger

Yes it sounds like a slight carb udjustment to me. May be a bit lean or could be a bit rich.
If you know how to adjust a carb on your low get it running nice and smoothe and then
on your high put it on full revs and on the high onr you will hear it peek out then back
it off on the rich side just a bit.

Yep, just tweaking the carb a bit should get it running nice.
