Pro-grade vs. homeowner saws how do you choose?

When you're on the hunt for a new saw, how do you figure out if you should go for a pro-grade model or stick with a homeowner version? I'm really interested in what factors you consider most important like budget, power, durability, or maybe something else entirely?

I typically go for homeowner-level gear unless I know I'll be using it all the time. When I helped my uncle redo his garage, I saw that pro saws are great but way too much for simple weekend stuff. Now, I mainly watch for a good price and something that will last nothing too pricey but still tough enough for a hard task or two.

I tend to look at how often I’m really going to use something. A few years ago, when I remodeled my kitchen, I went all out and bought a professional-grade saw since I was doing a lot of cutting. But for the smaller projects I’ve tackled since then, the homeowner versions have worked just fine. They save me money and still get the job done.

You really got to sum up what you are using it for.
If you are a pro bushman got for a pro saw. Around the house just
a homeowner version as most of them will last for home work and cutting firewood.
And they have some really good electric stuff kicking around out there now.
