Stihl 011av bar oil flow is excessive

Hi all! Gradually over the last couple years, my 011 saw bar oiler flow has gotten excessive which throws somewhat visible oil off the bar tip and leaks out the feeder hole behind the bar. Have been thru the diaphram pump looking for problem areas, replaced the oil filter there, but other than that, it all looks good.
Question- the outlet hole behind the bar looks to be about .20” dia or so. Is it possible that there would-could be a missing nozzle with smaller hole to limit flow there? Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

I remember chasing that problem on a buddy’s saw. We thought a restrictor was missing, but it was actually the pump housing worn out. Ended up replacing the whole assembly, and the oiling went back to normal.

I had the same issue on my old 028. Thought something was missing, but it turned out the pump spring was worn. Replacing it fixed the flow.

Back when I ran an 011 for firewood, the oiler started dumping way too much. I swapped the pump gasket and checked the outlet no nozzle there, just wear causing excess flow.

Saw made in the 80s. The pump is worn out. Was a bit of a problem child even when new.

Same answer here worn out pump and don't know how you will go at getting
a replacement as I live in NZ don't think I would get one out here.

Agree, sourcing parts can be really tough depending on where you’re at.
