thinking about buying Makita12" top handle chain saw kit

does anyone here own a Makita? I'm interested in buying the Makita XCU10SM1 18V LXT 12" Top Handle Chain Saw Kit at the local store here.
I'll using it for trees and some other work. it looks robust and powerful,
any feedback, advice or suggestions before buying?

Have a Makita cordless saw though it’s not the exact model I have. Been using it to trim some smaller trees on my property. The battery lasts quite a while and it's lighter than my old gas saw making it much more manageable for those long workdays

I bought a Makita 18V LXT last year. I mainly use it for clearing branches and cutting firewood, and honestly, it’s been really durable. The batteries last longer than I thought they would and the top-handle design makes it easy to handle in cramped spaces. Just a tip if you’re planning to work for several hours, definitely pick up an extra battery.
