My saw won’t fire. I was cutting down a tree. It was running like a champ I made the wedge cut in one side and killed it to remove the wedge. Went to start it again to finish and nothing. No fire. Full of fuel. When I take the spark plug out there is spark when I pull the rope. I tried spraying starter fluid directly in the cylinder and still nothing. Any ideas?

I wanna say you may have flooded it if you tried starting it too many times, but I doubt that's the problem. Maybe the kill switch is toasted? Try bypassing it and see if it fires up.

If there's spark and fuel in the cylinder but it still won't fire, it could be a compression issue, so check the air filter and muffler for clogs
