My favorite all time goto saw is a Husky 338XPT. This saw always starts easy compared to the saw it replaced an older Stihl MS200. This saw just got through cutting 4 cords of <13" doug fir firewood without a hitch including a 4 hr afternoon in 90 degree heat. This saw has many hard hours logged limbing trees, which involves a 10% duty cycle i.e. 50 minutes idle time in every hour when up a tree. I think this is the last carburated top handle made before electronics took over? IMHO this is the perfect rig for cleaning up the constant wind damage in my part of the world.
