Miss this old Christmas thing

Isn’t it funny how we think about those old Christmas times? You might be reminiscing about a family tradition that’s no longer part of your celebrations. It wasn’t perfect, but it truly felt like Christmas. What’s the family Christmas tradition you miss the most?

I was thinking the other day I sure do miss my mom's fruit cake and the cookies that she would make

I truly miss our old Christmas Eve cookie-baking marathons. Sure, half of the cookies ended up burnt, and the kitchen was a complete mess, but that chaos was the spirit of the holiday for me.

The tradition I miss the most is that big family breakfast on Christmas morning. My grandparents would cook way too much food, and we all crammed into a tiny kitchen.
