Kicked off 2026 by dusting off some old gear and getting it back in action. It got me thinking what was the very first thing you powered up or repaired this year? I’d love to hear about your starting-the-year victories (or mishaps)

Well I unclogged the kitchen sink and got my air compressor started.

the air compressor is my first this year. there’s nothing worse than wanting to start a project only to realize you’ve got a flat tire or a dusty workbench and no air to fix it
