Those are two completely different classes of saws, so it's not really a fair comparison and the better option comes down to what you'll be using it for.
Can you be more specific about what you need it for?
The Stihl MS 161 is a small, top-handle battery saw designed for professional arborists doing light in-tree work, limbing, and pruning.
The Husqvarna 365 is a heavy-duty, professional-grade gas saw built for felling and bucking bigger wood.
The 365 has a bigger engine and can handle a much larger bar, while the 161 is a quiet, lightweight electric saw.
For most general-purpose homeowner work, neither is the right tool, but if you're a pro climber, the Stihl is the one.
If you're a logger or cutting serious firewood, the Husky is your huckleberry.
