what is a compatible Carburetor for a Walbro HDA 60 carburetor

I have an older homelite chain saw its a textron super 2 model # UT10653. On the chain saw it has a WALBRO HDA 60 carburetor. I was wondering if the WALBRO HDA 60-1 is compatable to interchange on my chain saw. If someone has a used WALBRO HDA 60 Carburetor, I would be interested in buying it as long as it will work if I rebuild it with a carburetor kit.

I tried swapping carbs on my old Homelite once and let me tell you it felt like a game of chance.
The HDA 60-1 could fit but it might cause some drama.
Snag a used HDA 60 rebuild it and you’ll sidestep a lot of unnecessary fuss

I learned the hard way that carb swapping is like dating it can be hit or miss! The HDA 60-1 might fit, but go for a used HDA 60 instead. Rebuilding it can save you from a world of carb-related heartache.

Replace the check valve and diaphragms good as new

I believe the Walbro HDA 60-1 can usually replace your HDA 60 since they’re quite similar, with just a few small differences in the jetting.
