Remington 754

Can someone tell me please what are the initial carb settings on a Remington 754 after a carb rebuild please. It has a Tilotson

Set both the H and L screws to 1 turn out. Once the engine is warm, adjust them as needed.

Also make sure the idle screw is set to keep the throttle plate slightly open for easy cold starts. When you put it back together, check the diaphragm and gasket to prevent tuning problems.
